About NBA 2K27

NBA 2K27 is the 28th entry in the NBA 2K series, developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K. This year's headline change is in MyCAREER: for the first time you can play through NBA history and compete against legends across five iconic eras, alongside a Modern Era story of your own. The City returns with a new Crew HQ for squads, and ProPLAY continues to map real NBA animation and movement onto the court. Every mode that requires a connection is built around online play, so plan on PlayStation Plus if you want The City, MyTEAM multiplayer or The REC.

• The City: Build a MyPLAYER and share one social space with the rest of the player base. The new Crew HQ gives squads their own base, and the courts at The REC and Park are where most online play happens.
• MyCAREER: Play through five iconic NBA eras and against their legends, then run a legacy story in the Modern Era on the way to the Hall of Fame.
• MyTEAM: Collect NBA and WNBA players, build lineups and test them in single-player and multiplayer challenges modelled on real NBA performances.
• MyNBA and The W: Run a franchise or play the WNBA, both of which the store lists as playable offline.
• PS5 Pro Enhanced: The listing carries the PS5 Pro Enhanced tag, with DualSense vibration and adaptive trigger support.

Play Now, MyNBA and The W are playable offline. All other modes and features require an internet connection, and may require online account registration. In-game purchases are optional and include random items. Voice-over is English only; on-screen text covers 11 languages.
