Suisui is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier Support/Healer. She fights in two phases, building Cloud Breath in her base Zephyr Stance and Floral Epistle in her enhanced Drizzle Stance. The more Floral Epistle she builds before swapping out, the stronger the buff her next teammate receives.

Inflicting Glacio Chafe grants Snow Taint for 6s. Applying healing grants Ripples for 6s. If the wielder has done both while on the field, the next Outro Skill grants both effects for 6s. When the wielder has both Snow Taint and Ripples, the ATK of all nearby Resonators in the team is increased by 20/25/30/35/40%. Effects of the same name do not stack.

Casting Awakening Spring grants all nearby Resonators in the team 1 stack of Enrichment. This effect can be triggered once every 25s. Incoming Resonators receive healing from Suisui at the cost of Enrichment.

Resonance Liberation: Song of Thoroughfare
Suisui deploys a field that lasts 30s and amplifies the whole team. While it's active, debuffs like Glacio Chafe, Spectro Frazzle, and Electro Flare applied by teammates gain extra effects, such as raising debuff stack limits. Consuming Havoc Bane stacks on the target also lets the Resonator's Havoc DMG partially ignore enemy DEF and Havoc RES.
Song of Thoroughfare
Casting the skill deploys Ceaseless Landscape that lasts for 30s. When Ceaseless Landscape is active, Suisui enters the Roaming Transcendent state when casting Outro Skill - Rippling Waters.Ceaseless Landscape grants all nearby Resonators in the team the following enhancements:- Inflicting a target with Spectro Frazzle, Fusion Burst, Glacio Chafe, and Aero Erosion, or dealing the corresponding Negative Status DMG increases the max stack limit of Negative Status the target can receive by 3 for 15s. This effect does not stack.- Inflicting a target with Electro Flare or dealing the corresponding Negative Status DMG increases the max stack limits of Electro Flare and Electro Rage the target can receive by 3 for 15s. This effect does not stack.- Consuming Havoc Bane stacks on the target after landing a skill allows the Resonator's Havoc DMG to ignore the target's DEF by 6% and Havoc RES by 12% for 30s. This effect does not stack.

Suisui fights in two phases. In Zephyr Stance she builds Cloud Breath through Normal Attacks and dodges. Once she shifts into Drizzle Stance, she switches to building Floral Epistle with a different attack chain, which powers her Outro for bigger off-field buffs.

Suisui is in Zephyr Stance by default. When in Zephyr Stance, Suisui can obtain Cloud Breath through certain skills.
Drizzle Stance

Entering Drizzle Stance clears all Floral Epistle.
When in Drizzle Stance, Suisui unlocks new moves, and her certain skills can restore Floral Epistle.
When in Drizzle Stance, Suisui gains increased resistance to interruption.
After entering Drizzle Stance for 15s, Suisui ends Drizzle Stance and clears all Floral Epistle upon exiting the state.

While performing attacks on the ground, press Dodge to cast Dodge - Parting Mist at the cost of STA.
When in Zephyr Stance, triggering a successful Dodge while casting Dodge - Parting Mist restores Cloud Breath. Press Normal Attack shortly after triggering the Dodge to cast Dodge Counter - Zephyr Stance.
- When in Drizzle Stance, triggering a successful Dodge while casting Dodge - Parting Mist restores Floral Epistle, and does not reset the cycle of Basic Attack - Drizzle Stance within a certain period.

- Triggering a successful Dodge while casting Dodge - Parting Mist restores 102 points of Floral Epistle.
Intro Skill
Suisui enters the field, deals Glacio DMG, applies Glacio Chafe, consumes all her Cloud Breath, sends her into Drizzle Stance, and grants a healing buff to nearby teammates.
Tinkling Jade
Intro Skill: Tinkling Jade
Attack the target, dealing Glacio DMG, and inflict Glacio Chafe 1 time on the target.
While casting this skill, consume all Cloud Breath to pull in nearby targets and enter Drizzle Stance, granting all nearby Resonators in the team Enrichment.
Outro Skill
Suisui exits by spending all her Floral Epistle. The more she built before swapping, the stronger the buff the next Resonator receives, scaling up to a significant DMG and ATK increase tied to Suisui's Energy Regen.

Resonators in the team gain 25% All DMG Amplification for 30s.
Suisui enters Roaming Transcendent when Ceaseless Landscape is active. Suisui exits Drizzle Stance and consumes all Floral Epistle and unlocks the following effects based on the amount of Floral Epistle consumed:
0 Floral Epistle consumed: - All nearby Resonators in the team gain Reflecting Shadows for 6s. Resonators with Reflecting Shadows have increased resistance to interruption.
At least 200 Floral Epistle consumed: - If Ceaseless Landscape is active, Suisui may perform Plume Step for the first time 6s into her Transcendent Dance while in Roaming Transcendent.
At least 400 Floral Epistle consumed: - During this Roaming Transcendent state, the active Resonator within the Ceaseless Landscape deals more DMG if they have Reflecting Shadows. For every 1% of Suisui's Energy Regen over 200%, the Resonator's DMG dealt is increased by 0.2%, up to 12%. - If Ceaseless Landscape is active, Suisui may perform the second Plume Step 12s into her Transcendent Dance while in Roaming Transcendent.
At least 600 Floral Epistle consumed: - When Suisui performs the first Plume Step, all nearby active Resonators in the team within the Ceaseless Landscape gain the following effects for 24s: Casting Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator Undulating Mist. When Resonators with Undulating Mist consume Negative Status or Electro Rage stacks on the target, they gain an ATK increase: For every 0.12% of Suisui's Energy Regen over 200%, the Resonator's ATK is increased by 0.1% for 6s, up to 50%. Undulating Mist lasts for 14s or until the Resonator is switched off the field. When Undulating Mist is removed, the ATK increase effect is also removed. - If Ceaseless Landscape is active, Suisui may perform the third Plume Step 18s into her Transcendent Dance while in Roaming Transcendent.
Roaming Transcendent
Outro Skill: Roaming Transcendent
Lasts for 30s. During Roaming Transcendent, Suisui will merge with Ceaseless Landscape and start a Transcendent Dance, during which she will perform Plume Steps at interval based on the amount of Floral Epistle consumed when Outro Skill - Rippling Waters is cast.
When Suisui is the active Resonator in the team, she stops the Transcendent Dance.
When Ceaseless Landscape isn't active, she will exit the Roaming Transcendent state.
Plume Step
Outro Skill: Plume Step
Performing Plume Step grants Reflecting Shadows to all nearby Resonators in the team for 6s, inflicts 1 stack of Glacio Chafe on all enemies within the Ceaseless Landscape, and heals the nearby active Resonators in the team within the Ceaseless Landscape.
Inherent Skills
Suisui's two Inherent Skills, Sky Over Water and Glimmering Gold, cover both offense and survival. Sky Over Water converts her healing buff into a sustained HP recovery for teammates and supercharges two of her key skills with bonus energy and increased Glacio DMG. Glimmering Gold acts as a safety net. If any teammate would take fatal damage, Suisui absorbs the blow at the cost of her own HP instead.

Consuming Enrichment grants the Resonator 10 stacks of Spring's Birth, up to 10 stacks. When the Resonator with Spring's Birth is not at full HP, restore their HP by 62 + 0.34% of Suisui's Max HP at the cost of 1 stack of Spring's Birth every 2s.
When Resonance Skill - Awakening Spring and Intro Skill - Tinkling Jade hit a target, they additionally restore 18 points of Concerto Energy and 13 points of Resonance Energy, and increase the attack's Crit. Rate by 80% and Glacio DMG by 240%. This effect can be triggered up to once every 25s.
Inherent Skill: Glimmering Gold
Glimmering Gold
When a Resonator other than Suisui takes a fatal blow, they will not be knocked out but will instead regain 50% of Suisui's current HP, while Suisui herself loses the same amount of HP. Suisui's HP will not go below 1 from this effect. This effect can be triggered once every 10 minutes.
Tune Break
When a target's Off-Tune Level is full, any Resonator can trigger a Tune Break on it. Suisui uses a Rectifier-type Tune Break.

Resonance Chain
Below are all six of Suisui's Sequence Nodes. Early nodes strengthen her Undulating Mist buff and add interruption immunity to her core attacks. Mid nodes deliver conditional team Crit DMG and rework her Drizzle Stance rotation with a resource-refunding attack chain. Her final nodes scale her personal DMG and sharply amplify the two skills that matter most for her damage window.
