Suisui is a 5-star Glacio Rectifier Support/Healer. She fights in two phases, building Stillness in her base form and Floral Epistle in her enhanced form. The more Floral Epistle she builds before swapping out, the stronger the buff her next teammate receives.

Spring Wreath R1: Max HP is increased by 12%. Casting Resonance Liberation restores 8Concerto Energy. This effect is triggered once every 20s. Casting Intro Skill or Resonance Skill grants nearby Resonators in the team Kingfisher for 30s. If the wielder is on the field, Resonators with Kingfisher have their ATK increased by 20%. If the wielder is not on the field, gain Tinted Snow for 6s each time they inflict Glacio Chafe, and gain Ripples for 6s each time they apply healing. Having Tinted Snow and Ripples simultaneously enhances Kingfisher's effect. If the wielder has applied healing and inflicted Glacio Chafe while on the field, they gain both Tinted Snow and Ripples for 6s upon casting Outro Skill, and resets the aforementioned effects. Resonance Liberation: Song of Thoroughfare
Suisui deploys a field that lasts 25s and amplifies the whole team. While it's active, debuffs like Glacio Chafe, Spectro Frazzle, and Havoc Bane applied by teammates all gain extra effects, such as raising debuff stack limits or causing Havoc Bane to partially ignore enemy defenses.
While casting this skill, Suisui deploys Ceaseless Landscape that lasts for 25s. During Ceaseless Landscape, Suisui enters Heaven's Roam when casting Outro Skill - Rippling Waters.Ceaseless Landscape grants all nearby Resonators in the team the following enhancements:- Inflicting a target with Spectro Frazzle, Fusion Burst, Glacio Chafe, and Aero Erosion increases the max stack limit of Negative Status the target can receive by 3 for 15s. This effect does not stack.- Inflicting a target with Electro Flare increases the max stack limits of Electro Flare and Electro Rage the target can receive by 3 for 15s. This effect does not stack.- Inflicting a target with Havoc Bane allows the Resonator's Havoc DMG to ignore the target's DEF and Havoc RES by 6% and 12% respectively for 15s. This effect does not stack.
Forte Circuit: Ripling Gold
Suisui fights in two phases. In her base form she builds Stillness through Normal Attacks and dodges. Once in her enhanced form, she switches to building Floral Epistle with a different attack chain, which powers her Outro for bigger off-field buffs.

- Resonators in the team gain Reflecting Shadows for 6s. Resonators with Reflecting Shadows have their resistance to interruption level increased by 1.

- If there is Ceaseless Landscape left on the field, Interaction with Heaven's Roam becomes available for the first time at the 6th second mark.
At least 400 Floral Epistle consumed:
- If there is Ceaseless Landscape left on the field, incoming Resonators gain the following effect: If the Resonator has Reflecting Shadows, their DMG dealt is increased: For every 1% of Suisui's Energy Regen over 200%, the Resonator's DMG dealt is increased by 0.2%, up to 12%.
- If there is Ceaseless Landscape left on the field, Interaction with Heaven's Roam becomes available for the second time at the 12th second mark.
At least 600 Floral Epistle consumed:
- With the first interaction, while Ceaseless Landscape is active, incoming Resonators gain the following effect: Casting Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator the following effect: Depleting the target's Negative Status stacks using skills increases the Resonator's ATK: For every 0.12% of Suisui's Energy Regen over 200%, the Resonator's ATK is increased by 0.1% for 6s, up to 50%. Effect lasts for 14s or until they are switched off field.
- If there is Ceaseless Landscape left on the field, Interaction with Heaven's Roam becomes available for the third time at the 18th second mark.

Inherent Skills
Suisui's two Inherent Skills, Sky Over Water and Shifting Gold, cover both offense and survival. Sky Over Water converts her healing buff into a sustained HP recovery for teammates and supercharges two of her key skills with bonus energy and increased Glacio DMG. Shifting Gold acts as a safety net — if any teammate would take fatal damage, Suisui absorbs the blow at the cost of her own HP instead.

Resonance Skill - Awakening Spring and Intro Skill - Tinkling Jade additionally restore 20 and 13 Concerto Energy and Resonance Energy respectively on hit, while also increasing their respective Crit. Rate and Glacio DMG dealt by 50% and 240%. This effect can be triggered once every 25s.
