(5★) Rover: Electro is an Electro Sword resonator who functions as a Sub-DPS and Amplifier, specialising in team-wide damage buffs. Her gameplay revolves around building resources and amplifying her teammate damage.

When Rover: Electro is not in Apex Resonance, Intro Skill, Normal Attacks, and Resonance Skill grants Electric Surge on hit.
At full Electric Surge, press Resonance Skill to clear all Electric Surge and grant all Resonators in the team ATK Bonus.
At full Electric Surge, hold Resonance Skill to clear all Electric Surge and enter Apex Resonance and unlock Thrum of All Sounds.
Apex Resonance consumes Thunder Rage each second. Thrum of All Sounds grants Thunder Rage on it.
Casting Outro Skill to switch to another Resonator while in Apex Resonance clears all the Thunder Rage. The incoming Resonator gains Electro Core for 20s. When Resonators with Electro Core inflict Negative Statuses, consume Electro Core to gain 25% All DMG Amplification for 14s.
