In Version 3.4, Resonator Lucy is the first ever collab character in wuwa. She arrives as a Spectro Main DPS. Utilizing the New Tune break- Hack archetype she dominates the endgame.Her core strength being that her best in slot sub DPS Rebecca being free makes every F2P player have access to her core team, which makes her even more of a desirable character to have on your roster.
Should You Pull For Lucy?
You should consider pulling Lucy if you want a spectro damage main DPS. You will be able to access her best team because of the free Rebecca being given to every player, But at the same time you have to know that because she is a collab unit, she is under tuned and will do lower dmg than any 3.x or late 2.x character.Lucy does lower damage than Luuk or Optimized Zani but does more damage than Jinhsi

PULL LUCY if you need a spectro main DPS. She will perform more than great as her role as a Spectro main dps.
SKIP LUCY if you already have Luuk or Zani optimised and dont want a character that will do sub par damage to them.
Rebecca

Electro SubDPS / Heavy attack Amplifier

In Version 3.4, Resonator Rebecca is an Electro Heavy attack Dmg Amplifier and sub DPS. She will be right there among the top, heavy attack dmg amps along with Iuno and will have a variety of teammates to choose from. Unlike Lucy she will have meta relevance longer as she is a amp/Sub DPS and less prone to future powercreep.

No need to think about it, she is free and she will be on your account if you reach UL10 and log in to wuwa during the WuWaXCP:ER collab.

Glacio SubDPS / Echo Damage Amplifier / Glacio Chafe Amplifier
Current Meta Role (Version 3.4)
In Version 3.4, Resonator Lucilla is an Glacio Chafe Dmg Amplifier in one mode and Echo Skill Dmg Amplifer in another. She will be at the pinnacle of Wuthering Waves Meta Sub DPS. Being the BIS Subdps for Resonator Hiyuki and also being Solid supports for other Echo dmg characters while being tuned for a Future Echo DPS. She will be the Highest Value Pull in Version 3.4
Should You Pull For Lucilla?
You should consider pulling Lucilla if you want to maximize your Hiyuki or want a sub dps for one of your Echo Skill Dmg DPS characters.Her full Echo skill dmg potential will also be unlocked with a future character, so she has even more room for growth, and if you have the above-mentioned items, she becomes almost a MUST have unit.

PULL LUCILLA if you need to buff Hiyuki or if you want a buffer for Echo skill dmg Archetype.
SKIP LUCILLA if you don't have Hiyuki or don't use any Echo skill dmg Teams.
Cartethyia

Aero Negative Status MainDPS
Current Meta Role (Version 3.4)
In Version 3.4, Resonator Cartethyia is still a very good DPS unit despite being 1 year old. You must keep in mind her dmg falls off a lot if you don't have Ciaccona. So, to pull her, having Ciaccona is a must at this point in time. Her skill ceiling is also very high, so unless you are playing her teams really well, she isn't gonna perform as well as some of the other units with minimal effort.
Should You Pull For Cartethyia?
She is definately a worthwhile unit if you have Ciaccona in your roster and you are willing to spend time on her learning her advanced rotations.Despite of her age she is still a powerhouse of a unit if played well with good technique.

PULL CARTETHYIA if you need an Aero DPS unit and you have Ciaccona in your account.
SKIP CARTETHYIA if you don't have Ciaccona and don't want to spend time learning her or you have Newer Aero DPS Sigrika.
