Best Properties to Buy | Neverness To Everness

Appraisers! Property system in Neverness to Everness makes it possible for you to buy a house, decorate it with Anomaly Furniture, and ask characters to live with you. Properties don't just look good. They also have stat buffs that stay with you and other nice things that make your game-play much easier, and they will have a direct effect on your fighting and City Tycoon progress. There are five properties to choose from and Fons are scarce, so it would really help if you knew which ones you want to prioritize and save yourself from making a mistake that costs you a lot.

How the Property System Works

Properties are purchased through the Leon Estate Group in the Bridge Crossings, New Herland and Miguel district. The system unlocks at City Tycoon Level 5, and each property tier requires a higher Tycoon Level to access. All purchases are made in Fons, the in-game currency.

PropertyPrice (Fons)Required City Tycoon Level
Wiener Apartments200,0005
Eden Apartments1,000,0007

One critical rule: Anomaly Furniture effects do not stack across properties. Owning two properties with the same furniture type only yields one effect. Always prioritize properties that introduce buffs you don't already have.

Tip: You can visit and walk around any property before buying — select View Property at the Leon Estate Group to preview the space before committing your Fons.

Best Properties to Buy

1. Eden Apartments — Best Early Game

Cost: 1,000,000 Fons

Required Level: City Tycoon 7

If there's one property every NTE player should prioritize, it's Eden Apartments. Sitting on Davidia Avenue South in Bridge Crossings, it doubles as a convenient fast-travel point — exit to the pool and glide straight down toward the Rampage Players area and the Cafe.

What makes it stand out is how well its Anomaly Furniture serves your early account growth:

Dream Weaver's Knot pushes your Character Pixel cap higher, which matters more in NTE than in most gacha titles — there's no backup or coffee system here, so a larger cap directly protects your stamina from going to waste.

Dream Weaver's Knot

Silver Edge Butler is arguably the most time-saving buff in the game, letting you fast-clear Anomaly Zones weekly instead of running them manually every time.

Old Mailbox quietly adds an extra City Delivery slot, a small bonus that compounds nicely the more active you are in City Tycoon.

2. Skyview Halls — Best Combat Upgrade

Cost: 1,400,000 Fons

Required Level: City Tycoon 9

Once Eden Apartments is secured, Skyview Halls on Crocodile Clock Avenue North in the Miguel District is the logical follow-up. Where Eden focuses on progression, Skyview Halls is built around making your characters hit harder and move better.

Skyview Halls

Nameless Blade applies a direct Attack boost to every deployed character — a buff that's been tested and confirmed active in-game.

Empty Shell adds a Defense bonus on top, giving your roster a bit more staying power in tougher fights.

Old Skateboard cuts the Stamina cost on both Dash and Dodge, which keeps you mobile longer during extended combat or exploration without burning through your stamina bar.

As a bonus, Skyview Halls has the best city view of any property available, along with a standout nighttime ambient track that makes it worth visiting even when you're just unwinding.

3. Wiener Apartments — Starter Property

Cost: 200,000 Fons

Required Level: City Tycoon 5

Most players already own this since it's required early to progress City Tycoon. Its Anomaly Furniture includes boxing gloves that deliver a 2.4% Crit Damage buff to deployed characters, plus Fluffy Cottons — one of the most efficient Bond XP items in the game at 400 Bond XP each, well ahead of flowers at 200 or candy at 100. Don't overlook it purely because it's cheap; the Bond progression value alone makes it worth keeping active.

4. Pegasus Residence — Best for Car Enthusiasts (Version 1.1)

Cost: 7,500,000 Fons

Required Level: City Tycoon 13

Added in Version 1.1, the Pegasus Residence on East Talin Avenue is a penthouse-style property built around its standout feature: a car elevator. If showcasing your vehicle collection matters to you, this is the only property designed with that in mind. It offers panoramic views of both the ocean and the city skyline, and its 5-character invitation limit makes it one of the two end-game housing options worth considering once your roster and garage are both well-stocked. At 7,500,000 Fons it's a significant investment, so hold off until your Fons income is stable and you've already secured Eden and Skyview Halls first.

Properties to Skip (For Now)

Golden Capital

Golden Capital (2,000,000 Fons, Level 11) offers a 3-character invitation limit and a pool, but its Anomaly Furniture doesn't introduce enough new value over what Eden and Skyview already provide.

Golden Capital

Fenglin Villa

Fenglin Villa (8,000,000 Fons, Level 13) is the priciest property in the game and the only one with a dedicated garage. Its 5-character invitation limit is appealing, but the only new Anomaly Furniture it adds is a Ghost Racer car skin unlock. Until your roster is large and your garage is full, the 8,000,000 Fons is better spent elsewhere.

Recommended Buy Order

  1. Wiener Apartments — Unlock the system at Tycoon Level 5
  2. Eden Apartments — Priority purchase at Tycoon Level 7 for City Tycoon buffs
  3. Skyview Halls — Follow up at Tycoon Level 9 for combat bonuses
  4. Pegasus Residence — End-game pick for players focused on vehicle collection and max character invitations
  5. Golden Capital / Fengan Villa — Hold off until your Fons income is stable and your roster justifies the cost

Conclusion

In Neverness to Everness, Eden Apartments and Skyview Halls are the two properties every player should target first — Eden handles your City Tycoon progression through the Pixel cap increase, Anomaly Zone fast-clear, and extra delivery slot, while Skyview Halls layers in combat buffs for Attack, Defense, and Stamina efficiency. Players further into the game should look toward the Pegasus Residence for its car elevator and 5-slot invitation capacity, and treat Fengan Villa as a long-term goal rather than an early splurge. For affordable Neverness to Everness Top Up, LootBar offers a reliable and cost-efficient way to keep your Fons flowing so you can invest in the right properties without delay.
