Narae Gameplay and Playstyle
Narae is a 5 star Ice Ranged Support who functions as a Supporter for the team, specializing in shielding teammates, buffing team damage, and applying Ice Affliction to enemies. When she uses her Special Skill, she creates a Dew that deals Ice DMG and generates bubbles that continuously pops and deals more Ice DMG. While the Dew is active, it grants shields and provides an Ice DMG and Special Skill DMG boost to Ice-type teammates, and a Special Skill DMG boost to Ranged-type teammates who are not Ice-type. This makes pairing her with Ice or Ranged characters essential to getting the most out of her as a Support.
What makes Narae unique from other support characters is that her shields scale off her ATK rather than HP or DEF. This means building her as an attacker improves both her shielding strength and her damage contribution to the team. The Special Skill is the first one to upgrade since it's mainly her entire kit for support, creating the Dew, applying shields, and buffing the team's damage.
