Wiš'adel Overview

Wiš'adel is a 6-star Celebration Limited Flinger Sniper from Babel, bringing the most devastatingly overpowered kit in Arknights to anyone lucky enough to pull her. Every attack hits twice, the second a shockwave that has a chance to detonate a permanent afterimage on the target, dealing bonus Physical damage and Stunning nearby enemies. At Elite 2 she summons a Revenant's Shadow on deployment, a tanky autonomous unit that deals Arts damage, Slows enemies, and attaches afterimages of its own, and as long as one stays adjacent to her, Wiš'adel remains permanently Camouflaged. Her signature skill, Explosive Dawn, loads six rounds of ammunition that unlock aerial targeting, massively buffed ATK, and an enormous splash radius, while deploying additional Shadows to maintain her Camouflage and guarantee every shockwave detonates every afterimage on the field. The result is an operator that simultaneously delivers ludicrous burst damage across a massive area, provides persistent Arts DPS and crowd control through her summons, and stays nearly untouchable behind permanent Camouflage, all in one package.

Every attack attaches a permanent afterimage to the main target. Afterimages have a 15% chance to explode when hit by Wiš'adel's shockwave, dealing Physical damage to nearby enemies and Stunning them. At Elite 1 the explosion deals 120% ATK and Stuns for 0.5 seconds. At Elite 2 this increases to 150% ATK with a 1-second Stun, and her attacks also gain 115% ATK against the main target. Each enemy can only carry one afterimage at a time, but it is permanent until detonated. Potential 4 raises the explosion damage further to 160% ATK. Since Explosive Dawn guarantees shockwave detonation on every hit, every single attack during S3 triggers the full Souvenir explosion.

Talent 2 - Revenant's Echo (Unlocked at Elite 2)

On deployment, Wiš'adel immediately summons a Revenant's Shadow within her attack range. She gains Camouflage whenever a Shadow occupies any of the four tiles adjacent to her. The Shadow is far tankier than it looks, 3500 HP, 650 DEF, and 50 RES, and attacks enemies within Wiš'adel's range regardless of distance, dealing Arts damage, applying a Slow, and attaching Souvenir afterimages independently. Its SP charges randomly, meaning multiple Shadows naturally fall out of sync and maintain higher Slow uptime. S3 - Explosive Dawn (M3) - Best Choice

Explosive Dawn loads 6 rounds of ammunition that transform Wiš'adel into a different unit entirely. While ammo is active, her ATK is massively buffed, her splash radius expands enormously, she can target aerial enemies, and every shockwave automatically detonates Souvenir afterimages on hit. Each activation also deploys one to two additional Revenant's Shadows, keeping her Camouflage active and her summon DPS running. The trade-off is a significantly increased attack interval, but the damage per hit is so obscene it barely matters. M3 improves her ATK multiplier and initial SP, tightening her cycle and amplifying an already grotesque damage output. This is a non-negotiable first Mastery.

S2 - Saturated Vengeance - Secondary Priority

Saturated Vengeance reduces Wiš'adel's attack interval, buffs her ATK, and hits up to three targets per attack. It can be Overloaded to strike four random targets at reduced ATK and toggled off at will. It is her best option when S3 ammo is spent and provides strong sustained multi-target pressure. Worth considering as a secondary Mastery once S3 is done.

S1 - Localized Liquidation - Skip

Localized Liquidation expands her splash radius and releases two additional shockwaves with Stun when charged. Functional, but entirely outclassed by both S2 and S3 in every meaningful situation. No reason to invest Mastery here.

Wiš'adel Module

Wiš'adel's BOM-X module adds a second shockwave to all of her attacks at Stage 1, directly increasing her baseline damage output and shockwave frequency for Souvenir procs. It also raises her ATK and ASPD, amplifying every hit across her already enormous splash radius. Stage 3 further increases Souvenir's ATK boost and explosion damage, making each afterimage detonation hit harder. In terms of DPS gain per resource invested, it is one of the best modules in the game. That said, Wiš'adel is already so broken without it that it is not strictly essential; she performs at an absurd level at any investment level. If you are committing to her fully, Stage 3 is the target. Pursue it after S3M3.
