Arknights Endfield Banner and Gacha FAQ
How does the pity system work in Arknights Endfield?
Limited character banners operate on a layered pity system: First, you are assured of at least one 5-Star character for every 10 pulls you do. After you have done 65 pulls without a 6-Star, the probability of getting one increases by 5% with every additional pull until you finally get a 6-Star. You are definitely going to get one at 80 pulls if you have not yet. If you didn't get the limited featured 6-Star character continuously till 120 pulls, then it is also guaranteed at 120 pulls.
What is the 50/50 system?
Every 6-Star you pull is a 50/50. A 50% chance for the featured limited Operator and 50% for someone else. Uniquely in Endfield, losing the 50/50 doesn't just drop you into the standard pool, the previous two limited Operators are also included at 7.14% each, so a loss can still land you a recent limited unit. There's no "guaranteed featured on your next 6-Star" rule, so every 6-Star before 120 stays a fresh 50/50.
Does pity carry over between banners?
Yes, and it helps to think of it as two separate counters. The standard pity (soft pity at 65, hard guarantee at 80) resets to zero every time you pull any 6-Star, while the 120-pull featured guarantee only resets once you actually obtain the featured limited Operator. Both carry over between limited banners as long as their condition hasn't been met, so 60 pulls on one banner means only 20 more for the 80-pull guarantee on the next.
How do I get extra copies of a Limited Operator?
Beyond the 120-pull featured guarantee, you're guaranteed another copy of the limited rate-up Operator every 240 pulls, repeating for as long as you keep pulling.
Is there a free pull reward for limited banners?
Yes. Once you have done 60 pulls on a limited banner, you get a Headhunting Dossier. The latter allows you to have a free 10-pull on the next limited banner. You cannot hold off using your Headhunting Dossier; it must be used right after you get it.
How much does pulling on a limited banner cost?
The premium currency is Oroberyl. A single pull costs 500 Oroberyl. A 10-pull costs 5,000 Oroberyl.
