Finding the ID Bracelets for Isola and James are sub-objectives for accessing the cable car. As you reach the Gate House of the R&D Facility, speak with Isola to update the main objective. You will have to get an ID Bracelet for Isola and James to get to the Cable Car without getting caught. Acquiring both ID Bracelets will require you to be careful, as you cannot raise suspicion. Getting the bracelet for Isola is easy, as you can pickpocket a sleeping woman, but for James’ bracelet, you have to tail a staff, distract NPCs, and knock out the target. Obtain an ID Bracelet for Isola
After speaking with Isola near the Cable Car, go to the sliding door on the left. Go up the stairs and turn to the left to find the Lounge. Enter the lounge to see Nora sleeping on the couch. She has the ID Bracelet on her wrist that you need to take for Isola. However, there will be one brute and one Webb Staff member inside the room. You need to distract them to pickpocket the ID Bracelet off Nora.
There is one Charging Station and a Laptop that you can sabotage using the Q-Watch to distract the Webb Staff. Sabotage one of the items to distract the staff, and then use the Dart Phone on the brute. While both of the NPCs are distracted, pickpocket the ID Bracelet off Nora.
Once done, leave the Lounge and go left until you reach the restrooms.
Obtain an ID Bracelet for James
After reaching the restrooms, there will be a Webb Staff member on the phone whom you can eavesdrop on. Wait for him to end the call and then use the Q-Watch to hack his phone. While the hacking is in process, follow the staff member. You must stay in his proximity to let the hack progress. Unfortunately, due to further encryption, the hack will fail midway. To get the name of the person with the ID Bracelet, you must steal the manager’s phone.
For now, follow the manager to a central counter, where you cannot go. Go to the right side of the counter and vault over to hide in the tall grass. Now, use the Q-Watch to sabotage one of the devices to distract all the NPCs. Once the manager is distracted, sneak up to him and pickpocket him to get his phone.
Now, vault over the counter to get out of the restricted area. The signal will lead you to the Restroom on the left. Go inside the restroom and walk up to the left cubicle to talk to Somerset. Exhaust all of the dialogue options with Somerset and then leave the conversation to get the “Kick” prompt. Kick open the cubicle to knock out Somerset and then pick up the ID Bracelet.
Access the Cable Car
After acquiring both of the ID Bracelets, one for Isola and one for James, head back to Isola, waiting for you near the Cable Car. James will take the identity of David Somerset, and Isola will be Nora St. Vincent. Walk up to the cable car, and the doors will open. Enter inside to complete the objective, and a cutscene will begin.
